Giants Among Us

Actually I've gone to Tāne Mahuta with my family. it was a big tree, me, mum, and my brother, were taking very silly photos. But I learn't that Tāne Mahuta is over 200 hundred years old.
It was really cool.

I live in Kaikohekohe.
Kaikohekohe has a statue of the Maori warrior Hone Heke. Hone Heke Pokai was a powerful ngapuhi leader. Kaikohekohe is rjust 10 minutes away from ohaeawai, and ohaeawai is where my school is when I was a Yr 6, and Ohaeawai is the war was at the red church. Kai meaning to 'eat' and kohekohe meaning 'a tree.'

Activity 1: The Legend of New Zealand

I chose my 'top 3' fun facts.
1. The first I really liked because I ever the real name for Aotearoa I knew it mean't New Zealand, but they described what it was the real meaning of the word is the land of the long white cloud.

2. I liked how the skytower is really high and very scary, the skytower is about at 328 meters high!

3. 30% of  the country is forest.
